SHIPPING POLICY

RATES & PROCESSING TIME
Our shipping rates are calculated in real-time with our carrier’s servers to give you the most up-to-date and accurate shipping rates available.

Please remember: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day. Because each product is handmade and hand-poured, please allow two to three (2-3) business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. Overnight, 2nd Day, Standard, FedEx International Economy®). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding all United States holidays. Lauren Noir cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding all United States holidays.
• Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service or like shipping methods may require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. Lauren Noir Online cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
• Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.
• Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be shipped via Overnight or 2nd Day service. Because USPS is one of our primary carriers, in the event we are forced to use USPS, an additionally adjustment to your shipping cost may apply.
• Overnight or 2nd Day Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and certain locations in Alaska. If you have any questions, please email us or call us at 1.877.700.NOIR.

Some items sold by Lauren Noir Online require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Lauren Noir Online, we comply with these regulations therefore; the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within one (1) business day from the order's ship date in most areas.

2nd Day Shipping

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within two (2) business days from the order's ship date in most areas.

Standard Shipping

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within five to seven (5-7) business days from the order's ship date in most areas.

International Countries

FedEx International First®

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within two (2) business days from the order's ship date to select European countries. For more details, please visit www.fedex.com.

FedEx International Priority®

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within three (3) business days from the order's ship date to more than 220 countries and territories. For more details, please visit www.fedex.com.

FedEx International Economy®

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within four to five (4-5) business days from the order's ship date to more than 215 countries and territories. For more details, please visit www.fedex.com.

FedEx Europe First® International Priority

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within three (3) business days from the order's ship date to the European Union (EU). For more details, please visit www.fedex.com.

UPS Worldwide Express Plus(sm)

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within two to three (2-3) business days by 9:00 AM from the order's ship date to 65 countries and territories, including major cities in Canada, Europe, and Asia. For more details, please visit www.ups.com.

UPS Worldwide Express(sm)

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within two to three (2-3) business days by noon from the order's ship date to more than 185 countries and territories. For more details, please visit www.ups.com.

UPS Worldwide Expedited(sm)

• After processing, orders will be shipped and delivered within four to five (4-5) business days from the order's ship date to more than 60 countries and territories. For more details, please visit www.ups.com.
