RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: June 1, 2009

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all purchases, Lauren Noir will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date printed on the sales slip; however, "on sale" merchandise must be returned within 15 days from date printed on the sales slip. Exchange orders are subject to Lauren Noir having available merchandise on-hand. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through Lauren Noir, please follow the steps below.

  1. Please fill out and print the Return Merchandise form, and place it inside the return package with the original sales slip. Be sure to retain a copy of the sales slip for your records. If an exchange is desired, please fill out and print the Exchange Merchandise form, and place it inside the return package with the original sales slip.

  3. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to the shipping damage section below. Lauren Noir will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Lauren Noir's sole discretion.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-877-700-NOIR or by clicking here. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged item(s) for inspection by the carrier. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. We will send instructions on how claims are handled.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email immediately by clicking here. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
