Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
Lauren Noir is seeking Outside Sales Rep to establish new accounts with boutiques, hotels, spas and department stores. The right candidate will be outgoing, aggressive, highly motivated, friendly, professional representative for the company focused on building sales volume, establishing and maintaining customer relationships and being a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy:
  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments that affect target markets
  • Responsible for transferring accounts to Account Manager and/or play an on-going Account Manager role in client services as needed
• Lead Generation:
  • Diligently research and develop list of prospective clients matching our target audience
  • Continually identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
  • Constantly establishing & maintaining industry contacts that lead to closing business
  • Aggressively follow up on and develops sales leads
• Possibly represent Lauren Noir at trade events to promote products
• Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification through close
• Drive the opening order, re-ordering process and any contact correspondence with the prospect
• Successfully and professionally deliver presentations to key clients
• Negotiate and close deals
• Accountable for Order Walkthroughs, NDAs, LOIs, and contracts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred, but not necessary
• Excellent customer service skills

• Should be comfortable in a commissioned sales environment
• Strong team-player
• Travel is a requirement

Employment Status:
Full or Part Time (very flexible – you make your own hours)

Compensation:
Starting Commission
