ORDERING POLICY

PROCESSING*
- We process and ship orders during normal business hours, which are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM PST, excluding all United States holidays.
- For the highest level of freshness and purity of fragrance we hand-make and hand-pour each product per your order. Please allow two to three (2-3) business days to process each order. Larger orders may take a longer period to fulfill. Please contact Customer Service for more details.
- Orders placed on Holiday, Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
- CardNoir™ Gift Certificates are delivered via email and reach their sender within five (5) hours if there are no issues with the order.
*All purchases are subject to on-hand availability
and bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases
will be processed and shipped.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
STATUS & TRACKING
You may check the status of your most recent order(s) by visiting Your Order History page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Lauren Noir Online orders.
When you click on Your Order History, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. Your Order History page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order, simply, click on the tracking number to open the applicable carrier’s website.
Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
SYSTEM CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Funds for an alternative payment method (check, money order, etc.) not received within five (5) days from the sale date.
- Non-sufficient funds.
- Cannot ship to provided
address.
- A duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
